1. Personal Values: The process starts by establishing a clear picture of your values and personal preferences, using our extensive “Initial Questionnaire”, together with the “Extended DISC” personal preferences assessment.
2. Future Vision: We then use this information - in our "Pull-Based-Planning" process - to help you create a vision for what you want your life to become and what your business needs to become to make that life reality. This vision is so detailed, vivid and desirable as to help "Pull" you towards its realization!
3. Status Quo: Next thing, we use our “Business Effectiveness Evaluation” to have you do an extensive self-assessment of the nine major aspects of your business – based on known factors that we have found to be critical in creating a successful business.
4. Key Initiatives: Combining this understanding of the future vision with our understanding of the present conditions we develop a plan with short, medium and long-term goals and key initiatives to reach them. We also start tracking "Key Performance Indicators" to measure our progress.
5. Ongoing Meetings: In our regular meetings we can, draw from Calaveras' arsenal of hundreds of proven tools, as well as provide necessary education, to help implement these initiatives and to ensure ongoing progress.
